Frigidaire Gallery Gas Stove - Gallery Gas Stainless Steel Stove
I have contacted Frigidaire Customer Service, Headquarters, Facebook page, etc....I have not been able to get any satisfaction at all. We have a Frigidaire Gallery Gas Stove that is making our lives a living hell! Whenever we use the stove or oven, the knobs get so hot that we burn our fingers constantly. We try to remember to use oven mitts to turn the knobs (which is lots of fun - ugh!) but this is unrealistic. We have been burned so many times. I have notified Frigidaire of this safety issue and they refuse to take responsibility! The stove is only 3 years old, and it should not be burning people. But Frigidaire doesn't care at all about this happening. This Frigidaire appliance has affected the quality of our lives. Using the kitchen is a daily nightmare and I personally cannot stand to hear the name "Frigidaire" any longer! I have taken to social media to warn people to stay away from Frigidaire products. They are unsafe and when there are safety issues, it's all on the customer. I am fed up with this company!
